There is a barbecue in the courtyard, along with a washing machine and heat pump dryer. The house is monitored by an external video system, while respecting your privacy indoors. The property is surrounded by a fence and wall, additionally secured with an electric fence.

Upon making a reservation, the entire travel price is due immediately. This payment is considered received once it is credited to our bank account or PayPal account. You will of course receive a receipt notification. Bank details will be sent to you immediately after booking confirmation.

If payment is not received within 7 days, the house will be made available again. For last-minute bookings, a traceable proof of payment on our account is absolutely required. We accept transfers to a European, local, or US account. All utilities are included; for long-term rentals, terms are negotiable. We are both over 50 and couldn't decide between Lake Ypacaraí and the Paraná—especially Encarnación—so we chose both. Now we rent out our house on Mboi Kae when we're not using it ourselves.

The nearest beach with a beautiful Costanera is just 200 meters away. Grocery stores and restaurants are in close proximity. Ruta 1 and the supermarket are about 500 meters away. Encarnación city center is 4 km distant. No long distances are necessary. Bolt and similar services offer affordable alternatives to owning a car.
